The breakfast and the service were very good. The hotel has beautiful gardens and the room has all the basic facilities. During our stay, we asked for a hair dryer and iron which were provided. Overall, it is a friendly and clean hotel to stay if you do not want to be in the centre of Berlin and you are on a budget.

This hotel would have been fantastic if the rooms were decorated with the mixture of old and new styles. The furniture is in old style which may not be to everyone's taste. Mixing this with new E.G. wooden flooring could transfer the hotel into a beautiful boutique hotel.

We like the private athmosphere and the kind of these old villas.

Our bathroom was not very comfortable, had a little leakage with the shower. But the manager was thankful for a message.

Quiet, leafy location. High ceilings large rooms with quality but dated Italianate fittings. Good access to bus transport (1 minute) and S Bahn (12 minute walk). Excellent value breakfast: orange juice, boiled egg, plate of cheese/ham with breads/roll and coffee: €5.

Shower, TV pretty and other furniture dated but functional.
